EBTI provides onsite and live remote internet based services depending on the needs of the end user. The live internet based services consist of a live technician on the telephone with multiple end users being logged onto an internet training session. EBTI is able to provide onsite like quality training services with the remote services. Onsite services are offered on a daily basis and telephone based services are offered on an hourly basis.
EBTI has worked with and converted accounting & business systems from various technological platforms including MS Windows, AS400, Unix, DOS as well as proprietary platforms such as Peachtree & QuickBooks.
